We all have lovely vintage machines :)

We should probably look to share information about our different machines, I thought perhaps a 'interview' format might help? what do you think?

Maybe something like this?

Machine Model:
Machine's name:
Manufacturer:
Country of manufacture:
Year of creation (approx):
Amount of time you've owned this machine:
How often do you use it?
Source of Machine:
Condition you found it:

Favourite things about it:
Things that are annoying/difficult:
Is it easy to get accessories/parts?

Opinions and thoughts welcome :) have I missed anything? if the idea is well received I'll keep amending with suggestions.

Thanks,

Roger

Great idea, Roger.

How about time of ownership to indicate how much time they've had to get to know the machine really well - or some other heading that would indicate that.

And whether in good condition when bought or repaired/refurbished by owner?
Hopefully back more regularly! Ballroom sewing may be permanently paused but bag making is the current focus.

Thanks Jacky,

I've updated the questions and added the new amends in Lime Green
