What to do with this?

Whilst at Fabworks today I couldn't resist this fabric, but no idea what to do with it. It is a medium weight poplin and it looks like a nightmare to try and match the pattern, which runs at a 45 degree angle.
Any ideas anyone?

Wow. That,s very busy!   Sundress?   I think something simple without too much shaping.  Any seaming I think I might try a lapped seam.  Or at least tacking from the front. That way you could make sure it matched properly.

It looks like a quilt to me, bit of batting, backing and binding. Straight line quilting. Job done.

Something with centre front and centre back seams.

You might need to cut the main pieces one at a time to be sure you get a good pattern match and it might be a case of placing the fabric on-grain instead of on the bias.
