That is  lovely and bound buttonholes, not done any for yonks.  I love teal but I can understand the problem you have when you try it on and no matter how much you twirl and preen you can't make it look any better because the colour is wrong for you.

But maybe the suggestions are good, accessories can make an outfit.

It definitely looks more teal on my screen and I think it is a lovely jacket which you could dress up or down as I think it would work well with jeans, especially dark jeans.
