Fabulous Cat!  Your ladies must be delighted.  Colours look amazing - the black and green particularly!

Jessie, who is very happy to be here!!  :),  but who has far too many sewing machines to be healthy, and a fabric stash which is becoming embarrassing.

I'm pleased with them, but of course they had to have a moan or two!

Not surprised - am more surprised ANYONE can see them! i got them sent to me ( cos I'd forgotten my phone to take my own pix) via email and the only way I could move them was to save as a download, so now each time I open the download it whips em back to email format!

Oh well, guess you'll all have to take my (our) word for it!  I'll try to remember to get a picture on my phone some time when my ears can stand the noise levels in the class!

This is the last lot I delivered for fitting yesterday - some need lengthening a bit.

Dresses are made from stretch imitation suede. There is 60cm fringe overlaying the white skirts and it catches the light and the movement .   The girls are gorgeous. They are angels to work with - they are that sort of shy age when they won't make any noise! Pity it doesn't last! Once they have their hair done and the flowers in their hair they are stars!

How do you go about lengthening fringe skirts?

Drop the whole thing down a bit - I always leave at least 15 cms extra length on the bodice bit - takes about 10 minutes thanks to my failsafe system of  sewing them with contrast thread and a long stitch!

Thank you Ef!

Those are beautiful! What pattern did you use for your bodice top? My halter necklines seem to be lower than I like on the upper bust....

Thanks - I made my own pattern for these, but you could start with a basic high neck leo and then just cut away the bits you don't need, I guess :)
