Full set of sewing machine stitch cams on ebay

I've spotted a set of 30 sewing cams on ebay. The owner doesn't know what machine they're for and the bidding is currently at £1.99 so it might be worth having a look if you're interested in cams to fit an existing machine.
Hopefully back more regularly! Ballroom sewing may be permanently paused but bag making is the current focus.

hmmm.... not sure - they do look rather like the ones for the Singer 400 series or some of the Touch and Sews......
I have learnt by my mistakes: Sewing machines now are Bernina 720, Bernina 1008, Bernina 801 from 1981, Brother overlocker, ancient but works well

I'm not sure they are Singer though. Some of the cams in the ebay add are double layer, which means fancy stretchy stitches. I don't think any in Singer 400 series had this. They look more like what Helen Howes lists as "odd Toyota Cams" or one of the New Home cams?

forty odd years ago I had a Frister & Rossman which had single and double layer cams, but they are definitely not for that as they were green and stacked vertically in their box.

The cams alone are not worth anything and the machine they came from will be useless without them!
Brenda.  My machines are: Corona, a 1953 Singer 201K-3, Caroline, a 1940 Singer 201K-3, Thirza, 1949 Singer 221K, Azilia, 1957 Singer 201K-MK2 and Vera, a Husqvarna 350 SewEasy about 20 years old. Also Bernina 1150 overlocker and Elna 444 Coverstitcher.

It's not worth a lot of money, but for anyone who is fixing up an old machine a full set of cams like that can make all the difference. I know some of the older New Home machines are well worth it. These cams have a raised edge, tall center; should be possible to trace it's origin.

I'm somewhat late to this thread, but these cams look identical to a 'Toyota' set on Helen Howes' site listed for £40.

(Scroll down to 'CAM062 Toyota set of 30, very good; £40')

There was just one bid in the end so that person got a good buy for £1.99 as long as they've got a Toyota!  :)
