Title: Wool felt and fleece from the farm
Post by: LeilaMay on October 03, 2017, 10:33:03 AM
This is a place we visited at the weekend - and I bought a couple of balls of wool for a sock project.
Thought their things might interest someone :)

I bet some of that fleece is beautifully soft.  It's a good thing we have hill sheep with coarse fleece only suitable for carpets or insulation or I would be wanting to spin and weave as well as everything else.
We did once have a Shetland cross and I have a waistcoat that I knitted from her fleece that someone spun for me.
