Title: Buttonholes and Fastenings class
Post by: Snippet on March 20, 2017, 16:04:11 PM
I've just registered for a Buttonholes and Fastenings (http://www.abakhan.co.uk/workshops-and-courses/dressmaking/essential-techniques-for-buttonholes-fastenings.html) class at Abakhan in Mostyn on 25th April.

Anyone fancy joining me?!   :sew: :drink: :cake: :button: :D

Oh I wish that was nearer, my buttonholes really are not the best and I've just bought a pattern for a jacket with bound buttonholes and I've never attempted those.

In this area I can never find interesting classes, they are either all too basic or seem vastly expensive.

I saw an ad for a basic cushion cover making class, £125.00 for a one day course, seemed a bit steep to me or am I just really tight?

Steep? No ! Provided they include the sofa for the cushion to go on!
