This is very much a forlorn hope, but I found this pattern on Google yesterday, only to find it's out of print.  :(

I found a couple on Ebay and Etsy, but in both cases  the postage was prohibitive.  I also found one on FB, but that had been sold and not removed (don't you hate that?).

So, I thought of you lovely ladies, and wondered if anyone had a copy of this pattern they would be willing to sell.  It's Butterick 6881 and has four dressing gowns pictured on the front.

I finished this one last week, and forgot to post the picture.  It actually looks OK, but feels a bit small.  I did hate knitting this though.  I don't like chunky wool, and I just didn't 'get' the repeat on the pattern.

Not one to be repeated.

I made a glorified daisy granny square to give as a gift a few months ago.  I didn't fuss too much about the brand of yarn, I just used odds and ends of leftovers, just as long as it was more or less the same colours - pale blue, white and yellow.  This meant that the squares were only 'more or less' the same size.

Once it was crocheted together, given a quick hand wash and pulled about a bit, it was fine.  It's waiting to go when the baby arrives - eta December 31st!

Your granny squares will look lovely @sewingj !  Good for you for persevering!

@LeilaMay I'm sure mine has a knee lift, so if you need to check anything just yell, and I'll take a picture.  Mine worked fine when I got it, so no repairs necessary.

Thank you @Ploshkin , yes, these two are for Lilya and Theo.  We are trying very hard to wean him off his Top hat (the Greatest Showman), but I fear it may have to be surgically removed!  :D :D

On to the cabled hats.  :S Can't even find the pattern for the grey one... :S

Well, I started with 5, and I'm now down to 3!

2 Foxy hats finished!  :D

Not my best work.  I should have used a smaller needle, and I should also have practised 'new to me' stitches before doing them on a proper hat.  I'll wash them, and try a bit of pulling about to get them to sit a bit better.

On to the cables now.  :S
