Do be careful with taping, you do need permission from people involved, as it can impact their privacy. But notes are be fine. But make sure you keep them. Behaviour that is threatening or bullying is definitely seen in a dim light by HR especially if you tell them. The emotions illicited are more important than his intention in my experience.

I was always told ‘as often as you change your pants’ 8-12 hours but when the quality drops it’s time to change, or check you have the right needle...

I bought some Klasse needles... they’ve done fine but now I have Schmetz and Gross Beckert (sp) for my next project... I’m hoping they will feel great

Dodged getting rained on once... but the weather seems to be getting ‘exotic’ in a cold and haily kind of way.

Still had a bit of a result over the last couple of days... so it’s not all weather...

That doesn’t look good!

I was surprised anyone had bothered the motor in it... the motor on them is pretty inaccessible being all internal.

Glad you OH is good with electrics!

Good luck!

Late start today!

Looks like I’m in for a fun day... I forgot my razor... my other jumper has a hole and ladder not under the arm.... at the shoulder.... and it’s still raining in East Yorks! I predict I will get wet at least 3 times today.... and still no sewing:)

It was windy and I lost my umbrella a while back... normally British weather is so changeable that it doesn’t fuss me much... but today very consistent weather!

Acorn.... I will not be showering tonight I feel I have had enough water for one day ;)

Long day today-
Got soaked- got a bus- got soaked- got a train- got soaked- got to the office - took a colleague to lunch- got soaked- had some good meetings, choose my new job, waited for PC updates- got soaked.... food and bed stage now...

There’s been a bit of a running theme today and it wasn’t sewing...

Fab! I’m glad you’re slowly recovering it from the grunge!

I hope it’s a lovely sew for you!

Seems to have evaporated now...

Still a fun auction to see even if it was completely safe from us!

Baby wipes they’re amazing on grunge!

They shift it off metal like nothing else :)

And freshen your machine too...

No hope of planning here!

I’m currently supposed to be mending stuff, probably offloading a couple of machines maybe 3.

And cooking working and feeding kids... if I get time for sewing then it’s a bonus...

I was just thinking you could get a bit of felt and cut it to the right shape. As long as it’s absorbent and stops the oil leaking you should be fine:)
