I don't want to encourage anyone but the £2 pm cottons have reappeared including that one with the lemons on it.

Well I never...Immanuels have market stalls...South Sheilds on Saturday 13th and Bradford on 14th June.
South Sheilds is a lot nearer to me than Burnley but not sure I want to be in the middle of a market throng yet!

True and they won’t have everything on a stall. Plus you would miss the £1 a metre room.

This arrived earlier today and is now having its prewash.  0_0

A nightie for me, a couple of baby dresses and the £5 metre red might be a dress or it might be q quilt back.

I too thought that sewing scrubs had finished but DD has several sets cut out but is now working again so I'm going to sew them up.

Not sure if you know but I read somewhere earlier today that Emanuel's are supposed to be having a sale with fabric in the sale posted tomorrow.

Yes they said they would post some specials tomorrow! They also currently have some lovely Harrods polycottons at £1 pm with teddy bears on! They will be flying off the shelves.

@BrendaP
I bought the same fabric as that at the top of your photo - dies it feel a bit polyester-like to you?

@annieeg It's supposed to be viscose.  However it's not creasing the way most rayons/viscose does, but it is soft and drapy which is what I want for a nightie.  It's cut out and  sewn together at the moment.

ETA  I have just put a match to an offcut and it melted rather than burnt to ash, so I think that maybe it is polyester.  :S

Just an update if anyone plans to order from Immanuels via their FB page. They are clearly extremely busy and working very hard, and doing very well, as they are handling orders via FB messenger whilst opening up their physical shop. My first couple of orders arrived very quickly but I must have hit a busy patch when I placed an order via FB with the pics and details on June 10th. After a week or so of not hearing (and their messages on the main FB page saying they were working through the orders) I phoned up. It does seem as though they had missed my message and they no longer had any of the 3 fabrics I was after. This isn't a great problem as I have a huuuuuge stash so no harm was done. But I think it does show the limits of FB when things get very busy. If you are ordering via FB from Immanuels I suggest placing your order via FB messenger and then phoning up if you don't hear after a day or so just to make sure they've seen your order.

On FB they keep saying order via Messenger or phone and not as a facebook posting (other than last week's sale).

They were very quick to respond to the message for my first order.  The one which arrived on Wednesday took about three days before they messaged me about it.  They also say not to resend messenger messages because it puts you to the back of the queue.

Is there any way you can see what they have to sell without going on Facebook please, if there is I'd really appreciate a link.
