Two more Denia blouses. I first made this patterns last summer and have become quite addicted. It is the best fitting blouse I have ever made. The only alteration I made to the pattern was to cut a pie wedge from the side of the tie as I found it stuck out too much. So now I have a straight side seam. Majority of the construction o do on the overlocker and it takes about 1 1/2 to complete, including the buttonholes and sewing the buttons on.
The grey one is viscose, not sure I will use this fabric again, you only have to look at it and it creases. The second is a Liberty lawn, it came, unexpected, with another piece of fabric I won on eBay so a free blouse, what's not to like.

I especially like the peacock feather version and your placement was perfect.

Sheer skill luck, to be honest I never even thought about the pattern just pinned pattern and cut.

How do you fasten the buttons on the back?  :[

i just have the top one undone and I can get it over my head then reach behind, or get someone else, to do up the top button.

@sewmuchmore that’s a good idea.  I've seen a couple of blouses and wondered how I’d cope with buttons at the back.

Lovely shape, I like the drape the tie front gives.
