I'm the other very lucky winner. Birds in the Air will have pride of place on the only settee the dog doesn't lie on.  Photos will follow.  Mr Wolf is concerned that this is going to seduce me to the Darkside.  He's usually right.

@sleepingwolf My dogs always lay on the quilts - it's much easier to wash a quilt than clean a chair.

I've just taken delivery of Long May She Wave from the Hermes man, and as I'd hoped, the colours are perfect for the quilt to live on our sofa!   [ You are not allowed to view attachments ]  Thank you @Deafoldbat I'm very pleased with it  :thumbsup:

The Hermes man delivered Birds in the Air here yesterday.  It is even more stunning than pictures can show.  The handquilting is so precise that the back is as beautiful as the top. 

We are auditioning different locations for a permanent home but this is my favourite so far.  As you can see we are very fond of bats
