I have blankets on the backs of my chairs/sofa and they don't attract any more dust that the furniture on which they live.  I try to keep them neatly folded.  I like them there; it looks cosy and snuggly.

I have no dust in my house but if I did I'd rather it settled on the quilt. The furniture's a pain to fit in the washing machine.  :S

I don't but I'm pretty sure I need one. It's not much of an ornament without!

I've been working from home since the start of the lockdown, and now the company is losing money and we've been told back office (ie IT, finance, HR etc) are going to be heavily cut sometime between now and March next year.
I am finding having the quilt in room a reassuring companion :-)

I'm sorry to hear this.  I hope it all works out for you.

@Deafoldbat I'm kicking myself stupid for having missed your generous offer of quilts. They are beautiful. Do you have any unclaimed waifs and strays that would appreciate a loving home?

@SkoutSews
There may be something unless I hear from someone who has 'vanished' since reserving. Failing that, I'll be restocking the cupboard in due course... ;)
