You will need to be quick if you want to use these as a sewalong entry, but Doughty's Online have a new batch of Japanese fabrics - one of them is a printed version of the Sachiko pattern Lowena used for her cushion.
Brenda.  My machines are: Corona, a 1953 Singer 201K-3, Caroline, a 1940 Singer 201K-3, Thirza, 1949 Singer 221K, Azilia, 1957 Singer 201K-MK2 and Vera, a Husqvarna 350 SewEasy about 20 years old. Also Bernina 1150 overlocker and Elna 444 Coverstitcher.

I agree Brenda,

Stop being silly, Low...
that cushion is gorgeous and I want one! (And the nearest I could get would be the printed version !)

I need to catch up on all these Japanese programmes.

My dad said the Samurai sword maker was incredible.

I have almost finished the chiffon dress! Surprisingly I didn't fied the chiffon too hard to work with but I am having hemming difficulties which I think are chiffon related! And a french seam to  invisible zip problem which comes from half remembering a guide and forgetting something important!

I've got to hand sew the last few bits on the yoke to secure the facings and hide some seam allowances. I'll take photos of my awful hand sewing ar I'm doing it. Also it's really see through. Indecently so! But I love it so I'll work something out.

Have attached a picture of the yoke and shoulders which I'm super pleased with! Not pressed yet as I need to finish sewing it.
