@fajita they are beautiful, I love the wiggly quilting, was it done free-motion?  :flower:

Aren't they lovely?  @Lilian it's done in the hoop. The web page says it's all done in just one hooping. @fajita the ombre fabric turned out to be an excellent background choice. I wasn't familiar with this company. They have some great stuff!
Hey Bill! Read the manual!  Hehehe.

Oh lol I thought it was done on a normal sewing machine - satin stitch etc.,  I can't see a web page @Renegade Sewist  -<
Willing but not always able :)

Sorry, @Lilian. Nothing clever by me, other than choosing pinkish fabrics to join the pink competition.

Thanks for the nice comments.

Hello, I’m new here and haven’t entered before. I think I’m going to try and make something pink, probably an item of baby clothing for a friends baby.
The ones already made a beautiful

Is this pink enough? I cut out a dress from it last weekend and will make it my priority sew if it is.

I have sewn a cardigan from pink and white variegated knit and a little tee shirt in the same fabric, I will do a photo at some point.
I'm still debating pink trousers, because why not!

How are things going with all the pink projects?

After I did my cardigan (and a top from the scaps) I got sidetracked into brown, and the overlocker is just loving the very fine brown overlocker thread so I am loathe to rethread for another pink project! It seems like nonsense doesn't it.

(i think I bought the thread at the roll end shop and it might be ex factory? its labelled Guttermann Skala 200) and is a very fine polyestery thread, I remember it being a pain the first time I used it, like trying to thread wavy hair but tamed with some thread nets its an absolute delight to sew.)

I have some lovely blossom on a pink background fabric I want to make into a knit top but depending on the pattern I choose might want to test in other fabric first.

Or I could go for the pink trousers as I have a pattern for woven trousers I quite like.

I’m just quilting my quilt, then it’s just the binding to be done and it’s finished. Don’t have much free time at the  moment, but it’s getting there.  :D

I've started sewing my pink dress and will probably finish by Monday.  It's just a simple SW eDress.  I'm also making the SA Diana top from the leftovers at the same time.   I'm back on the 20-30 minutes a day of sewing in a slow methodical way because it seems to work best for me.
