@Starryfish as I am surreptitiously sneaking into Manuela's sewalong shoes I suppose I should answer this.
I have read over the rules and they state that garments should be made. To me that means that knitting would qualify for the 'wild card' garment. As all your other garments will be sewn I don't have a problem with a winter woolie making an appearance. It'll be good to see something a little different.

Thank you @wrenkins , I thought it should be allowable. I have a blouse that would work as well, but I wanted a jumper to wear anyway.

So hello, I’m new. Would sleepwear be allowed for this contest? I seriously doubt I would be able to finish on time, but I might like to sew along and could probably manage a dressing gown/pyjama top/bottoms combo for one capsule...

Hi @cakeymcdoodle. For the competition the two capsules need to be interchangeable so only outdoor pyjamas would count but certainly feel free to sewalong.

I saw you mention the refashion/recycle sewalong too. The sewing for that starts on the 1st but you can gather and prep until then. There's still almost a full week left on the checks and plaids sewalong too if you're quick.

There is a sticky at the top of the Sewingalongs and Competitions board so you can check what's coming up.

@wrenkins thanks! I’ll stand down on this one then  I still have to make the dressing gown before thinking about refashioning so I won’t be jumping the gun, don’t worry!  :)

I've finished the 1st three garments for the 6PAC.
[ You are not allowed to view attachments ]

Burda 6291 maroon check skirt and Style Arc Debra top. The top is ivory rib viscose jersey and the skirt is a substantial maroon and black check wool.

The top is a Style Arc Dale wrap top in John Kaldor Isabella wool mix jersey. I love this fabric, it is easy to work with and warm but not thick.

I've started some black trousers now.

Its the 8th of November! So nearly out of time, how is the 6PAC coming along?

I've been working on a Navy based capsule so will pull a few items from that to share (need to check when each was sewn)

I got almost nowhere, but no one should be surprised by that. I had selected & printed the patterns, taped most of them, chosen fabrics etc.

Actually, that was all March.  Autumn was almost identical to Spring/Summer. I was going to do all my cutting at the Senior Center but they've been closed since March. My cutting table is on the porch so once it heated up and fire season arrived I was out of luck.

I really wish I had a sewing room to work from.
Hey Bill! Read the manual!  Hehehe.

I had hoped to make a light coat for this, but the zip has not arrived ( I thought I already had one but no). I have three tops, two skirts and a pair of trousers so will take pics and submit these.

Starryfish's Entry
I have ended up with 3 tops and 3 bottoms instead of 2 tops and a coat.
[ You are not allowed to view attachments ]

1. Style Arc Debra top in ivory rib viscose jersey
2. Burda  6291 skirt in burgundy wool with black check

[ You are not allowed to view attachments ]
3. Drops Blue November knitted sweater in alpaca and wool yarn The sleeves have a bell shape which makes it a bit different.
4. Style Arc Northcote  midi skirt in a smooth burgundy wool mix jersey
[ You are not allowed to view attachments ]

5. Style Arc Dale wrap top in burgundy marl wool mix jersey. I'm still experimenting with the best way to wrap the ties
6. Style Arc Natasha trousers in black jacquard wool ( the pattern is of palm trees)
Apologies for the photo quality, there is a lack of light in my house in the winter.
