A few months ago, the research efforts of @UttaRetch and the generosity of @Tamnymore led me to make a toile of this pattern.  I did an FBA (too generous) and had to cut the front all the way down and create a button front.  Here's the toile from which I hope you can see the shape.  I think its great (for me) and its very comfortable and I'd definitely make it again, keeping the button frontage as shown, but taking into more of a v-neck.  (Pattern is only open at the top and then closed seam.)

Looks lovely! Such a good bit of pattern placement on the back too

Lovely and nice fabric, good that you could hack the pattern to fit better but whispering, are your button holes on the wrong side?

I didn't notice until I'd finished the last  buttonhole.  Just as well it was a toile !
