Do you mean fuse the entirety of the pattern pieces @sewmuchmore ? Or just a solid chunk where the seams will be?

I would block fuse all the fabric using the sheer fusible that @Ohsewsimple recommended. I have used this on loosely woven wool fabric and you just don't know it is there. Obviously makes your garment a bit more expensive and you have to weigh up the cost, is it worth doing on a cheap fabric?
