I can only find 2 blocks. Where's the challenge?

It's a separate thread @Lowena  called 'and FINALLY'... :)

This thread didn't come up in my unreads this morning @Lowena. We have gremlins.  :)

I'm wondering which block is going to make us feel like crying.

Just to let you know @Sandra  Ladies ... Neither of these blocks are the Fu Man Chu's Fiendish Puzzle block aka the block of Satan, the one that left me a gibbering wreck after 9 hours of slog

And the Challenge one is up to you to decide.....

Oooh I know I'm not partaking in this years challenge but you may just have solved a problem for me, that of a block to make a quilt for DGD 2. I will have to think about it, thanks @Iminei.

My problem with HSTs is the bulk at the corners.

@wrenkins Try pressing the seams open - tedious in the extreme but it does help Remember to trim the 'ears' too.

I've done the first one!!!  :faints:  I've never done it on the first of the month before, and I've definitely never been the first!

Not as hard as it looks, but I bet the second September BOM is!

Sorry about the poor photo - the flash seems to have over-exposed it, but I couldn't wait until daylight!

I might look as though I'm talking to you, but inside my head I'm sewing.

That's great Acorn. It's a lovely block, isn't it?
I absolutely love your fabrics.

I've done mine too but CBA to upload the pic yet.
I'm still dithering about what colours to use on the second one.  :S

I'm getting to a point where the colours are choosing themselves according to how much I have left of each fabric!
