I found this




lovely velour for £3 per yard or £3.30 per metre - I bought in yards since the pattern fabric requirements is expressed that way.  The red is actually cerise and I am going to make view C of



I asked for six yards, but I think the seller gave me the wrong end as I have a lot of fabric.

The photo really does not do the fabric justice.

Well, I have the Swedish tracing paper and it's really high time I made a start on this.  I will dig out the instructions and give them a read through.  I am not inclined to do any quilting, but will see what is involved.

That's the plan.

I've been talking about my intentions for most of the year, so it's time to make at least one thing before the end of 2020.  No chance of a coat this year, but I have been promising to make another for at least five years.

That fabric is gorgeous and the price is fantastic, it's going to look very Hollywood when you've done it.
