Finished at last.
Not a lot to say really, a straight forward sew. I did skim read the instructions and the only issue i have is the instructions re pressing the seam to one side. The instructions say press to the right but picture shows pressed to the left on the wrong side. They mean when the garment is facing you the seam is on the right, could be confusing for beginners.
Sewed a straight size 14 as it is a loose fit garment. May go to a 12 next time. (no i am not wasting away, still my brick breeze block shape but this is a very loooose fit).
The denim is a bit stiff so will probably wash it a few times before i wear it. It will be worn with a red top and red tights

I like the red thread accents too.  It makes everything look a bit designer.

I join in with the positive comments on the red accents but I love that fabric any way.  I do like their patterns and I think that your garment is a very classy make.
Do they encourage pictures on their site of the patterns made up?  if they do you should send in a pic of yours. :)

I'm in the process of making this pinafore dress. My first make ever, I'm a quilter usually, branching out in a different direction. Totally agree with the pressing of the seams directions. very confusing.
