I wonder why they've done that?  The cynic in me says it's to try to pretend they are new patterns to make us buy them.

You're not wrong.  Several of the recent 'new season' patterns have turned out to be reissues of old numbers with an updated envelope.  We had fun on PR running down the previous numbers.

Yeah I was going to rant about this. It's really frustrating.  Yesterday I was looking at my old orders to make sure I didn't buy duplicates which is something I have a tendency to do.  Every single pattern said "not available" which made me suspicious and then I saw a Tilton pattern that looked familiar.  Then about an hour later I read the PR blog post about it.

Frankly, it's stupid and a sign of someone who doesn't understand the sewing community.  :headbang:

Well new numbers or not, nothing bites on my purse for it to open.
