Auld Scotsman now living in Canada saying a quick hiya to all  :thumbsup:
Taught as a kidda on an auld Singer by me Granny and for the last 3-4 yrs now, have been playing consistently with a few old machines that i use to try and make whatever i am told by the good wife and kid  :meditation:
Look forward to learning from you all on here.

Brenda.  My machines are: Corona, a 1953 Singer 201K-3, Caroline, a 1940 Singer 201K-3, Thirza, 1949 Singer 221K, Azilia, 1957 Singer 201K-MK2 and Vera, a Husqvarna 350 SewEasy about 20 years old. Also Bernina 1150 overlocker and Elna 444 Coverstitcher.

My sister lives in Pickering and I visited her last year.  My nieces took me all around Toronto and into the city centre.  The highlight of my visit was going to Niagara falls.  The horseshoe fall is incredible.

Can't disagree with you about Niagara Falls, also nice if you go under the falls  :thumbsup:

Have a sister back in N.Ireland for the second time and can't settle at all....no roots...i.e. family....and they would have gone back again to the Toronto area but for Covid.  All we hear is how good Canada is and how it is done in Canada etc.
She left N.Ireland at least 30 years ago.
