The black fabric (that you need almost 8m of) that Zelda used is only £7.96 a metre from wool warehouse.

I started the first block @Pearl and @Iminei
I couldn't understand how to make her stupid bloody flying geese  so I didn't get very far :'(
I can download her instructions ok but not the original ways she makes certain things
Lots of tiny pieces and fiddly measurements.... :faints:

I've been trying to sort out those links, but they're very weird.  I'll have one last go.
I might look as though I'm talking to you, but inside my head I'm sewing.

I've rescued what I could - the links came through as Youtube links taken from FB pages.   :scream:

Well Ive started and I will go as far as I can with what I have ... Here are Block 1 and 2 ...

Advent Advent - ure

The Red  in block 1 is lame ... hehehhehe ...  and Im going scrappy with both Red and Green elements ... just choosing fabrics in the same saturation of colour (Is that a thing @BrendaP ???) and the greys too if I run out as I have some Hoffman dotty batiks in white to black.

BTW that flying geese method is good!!!!

Beautiful!  Love them.   :loveit: :loveit: :loveit:

Really wish I had a useful stash instead of a room full of fabric which is unsuitable for anything.   Two of my sewing classes have been cancelled as we're in Tier 3, so I've been refunded.  I'll use it for fabric for this but I'm not starting till I've finished BOM quilt.

@Iminei Yes - it just means the same strength of dye - full saturation means bright colours not diluted with white to makeit pastel.
