These are gorgeous, but for me a bit too rich.  I think I'll stick to the spanners and the reserves, hammer, old laptop battery and the stapler as a last resort.

Nice rippers as well, but too posh to lose.

They really are lovely but can't help relating it to metres of fabric.
Hopefully back more regularly! Ballroom sewing may be permanently paused but bag making is the current focus.

One of those unpickers would make a great Christmas gift.  I prefer pins to pattern weights and certainly wouldn't pay those prices.

Ooh they are very pretty.  But a bit too rich for my blood and I don't use pattern weights, either.  I like the seam ripper though but Santa's not stopping here this year.  Maybe for my birthday

Thanks for the link, @Gernella  though.

They’re the ones I use...I was given some as a gift.

I'd seen a  review from someone in the USA who had bought them as  gift and also paid some hefty shipping.

I probably use pins 98% of the time, hence the use of a variety of 'weights',  not worth buying the proper weights.

I mostly use weights as I mostly use a rotary cutter on garments as well as quilts. I like a larger flat weight. I'd be knocking these over right and left.
Hey Bill! Read the manual!  Hehehe.

I have some that were a gift. Nice to use when you want weights instead of pins.

I use "weights" too as I rotary cut everything. But I just use all my various rulers.

I have a couple of sets with pictures of this area on them, painted by a local artist (printed from her paintings).  They're sold on this site along with all sorts of other images.  I love them.
I might look as though I'm talking to you, but inside my head I'm sewing.

These are beautiful. I’ve bookmarked the site so I can look up some the artists. I probably wouldn’t be able to afford their paintings but it costs nothing to look.

I dream of commissioning her to paint our house - she often puts patchwork quilts on washing lines in her paintings, too - imagine having one of your own quilts in a painting!
