Thanks for all this Popeye!
Wow...Gee Whiz!!!
What a wake up call.
I have watched the video and it is an education in itself.
Frightenenly so.
So nice to see a well dressed expert demonstrating his guarded skills.
I am in awe.
I may have to do a bit of Bodge it and scarpering!
I never thought I was capable of making a violin but history has proven that I have made five.
That was shear determination.
As I get older my self confidence somewhat dwindles and then I think about " God give me the courage to make what I can and the wisdom to know differently"
( My own take) on it.
I also wonder sometimes how I ever made all the different things in my life but there you go.
Phew!!!

He has some great videos.  I’d forgotten about them!

I have given this topic deep thought.
The book I ordered to help me never arrived.
After watching the videos of the master tailor making a suit...
I have decided ...
It is way beyond my skills.
Another way of looking at it is...
If I had the skills to turn out beautiful well fitting Gents suits I would not be sat in my shed making model boats but earning a lot of money!!
The videos were a treat to watch and just confirmed one thing...
Pete..... This is too much for you...admit it dreamer!!!
Phew!    Glad I wangled my way out if that one.

You could make him a jazzy waistcoat -  no worries!
If life gives you lemons, add to gin and tonic !
