I've crocheted many, many C2C blankets over the years but I've never seen one done in a X-formation before. I've always started at one corner and worked diagonally across the blanket.

yeah this pattern seems different than all the other videos i have watched but this is how she does it, she has videos on youtube too.

I'm using DK and a 3.5 mm hook.

Only got  a bit done while I was watching a movie.

Finished up one panel and it measures 41inch × 13 1/4. Might just do two more panels but ill see how I get on.
