Ooh @justpottering , they are rather nice.  I do like the embroidered ones but the ones you’ve made for your sitting room have caught my eye.

I have lots of smallish pieces of those type of floral prints and have wondered what to do with them. They look so old fashioned when used solo, so to speak but the way you have used them looks very fresh.

I will be pinching your idea.

I love love love the embroidered ones !!!

I know how much work is involved in the pieced ones but sadly they sashing isnt different enough for them to stand out as a pieced cushion at first glance !!!

Bellissimo, Brava !!!!

They're all gorgeous, but the patchwork ones have inspired me to make some garden-y cushion covers for our conservatory.

Well, inspired me to order two packs of fat quarters with birds on them...  ;)
I might look as though I'm talking to you, but inside my head I'm sewing.

I didn’t even know I was making a pieced cushion I thought I was just using up some scraps of fabric into something useful   I’ll never make a darksider

The ‘sashing’ probably makes more sense close up as it’s the same fabric as the back of the cushion

Thanks for your comments everyone glad you like them, I certainly enjoyed making them all,  gosh even DH likes them  :scream:

Can you tell what it is yet?

Today’s efforts will finish off tomorrow it will be something to put on the back of the sofa in the conservatory continuing the garden theme  :)

These are the sort of thing I can’t show my wife unless I want to find myself having to make something similar myself....  she would love them!

Lovely work - well done
