See them here.  They are a bit staid and only

caught my attention because of the line drawings.

Are you sure that's not Spring 1970?

Not very exciting, I quite like the blue striped top, that is about all.

I quite like B6816, but the pattern matching on the orange diamond fabric is terrible. The models are diverse as well, not 18 yr old skinny  6ft girls. Not paying £9.99 either.

For the tall and  willowy and I'm small and dumpy so a pass, although I not that much of a fan of  Butterick.

When I saw B6817 I said to myself .. that must be Tilton and it turned out to be.

The delightful org seems to be de-emphasizing the designers.  I think they're going to run it into the ground.  There are too many other choices today.

You don't have to name the Tiltons since they have been churning out the same patterns since forever.

Yeah @UttaRetch  they seem to have run out of ideas in the last couple of years.

The only one I half like is 6817, but as I already have B6377 amd M7247 I don't think I'll bother.  It's only a matter of changing the colour blocking.

I would like to be able to "review" the offerings of the Big 3 in the last couple of years somewhere they will see it. Obviously you can review patterns once you've made them, but I want to leave a review that tells them that I have no intention of buying them because their offerings are so dire.

At one time I was buying perhaps 8 or 9 patterns a year. Now, the only one I have bought in the last 2 years was awful and I shan't use it again.

That's a good point @Greybird  - I can't remember the last time I bought a Big4 pattern. - Oh yes - it was about 3 years ago and I needed a jumpsuit thing for a contemporary flamenco piece.
