1784 reminds me of the things that @DementedFairy makes; probably very complicated to put together.

The only one I half like is 1786, the shirt with the hi/low hem.

I've just spotted the original design for V1782 - the fab party dress for thin people with a lot of fabric to use up - it's an exact  copy of a spring 2020 Alexander McQueen dress. See the article on Pattern Vault here

Of course now I want the pattern. I have the fabric.... just not the young, thin and party invitation bit...
Alternatively you can download a pdf of the pattern for free on Pattern Vault.... a mere 220 pages of A4!!

V1714  - peplum moto jacket is a less complex version of a McQueen jacket.

compared with

I have this pattern, but wish Vogue had found a way to add pockets.

Another McQueen, and

Vogue's take in 1728.

Yes I know what you mean - jackets need pockets. I like the blouse pattern too - another one with a peplum - but a wearable style.

And if you want to buy the original of the white cotton blouse it is available for a mere £690 and it's dry clean only - so anyone wishing to buy it should step away from the Spaghetti Bolognese!

With all those tucks, I'm not surprised.

I'm particularly fond of V1782 - I can imagine those sleeves being a real talking point  at Prades market and they'd look stunning after a cardigan has been pulled on over the top.

I'm not in the club, so to speak, and nothing is a must have.

Vogue extended the Club BMV membership for free for a year for existing members - just means more temptation!
