Blue Dot Dover jacket

This is a nice, comfortable, but not over-sized top which is intended to be a jacket but certainly works as a top.
It started off as a toile, but I think its good enough to wear in public :).  It could also be a useful summer housecoat/dressing gown.
It went together easily and I'll definitely make it again in a heavier fabric (it would probably drape better) as a lightweight jacket.
Any comments/observations/criticisms welcomed :D :D  [ You are not allowed to view attachments ]

Nothing wrong with it but the colour would put me right off @annieeg , I don't see you in something in that colour, although screens sometimes don't show the true colour.

I don't think there's anything wrong with the colour and I like the embroidered leaves?. I think it would look very nice with leggings.

Not keen on the colour, but it's a good wardrobe staple.

I think that the embroidered leaves are part of the fabric - either pre-embroidered or possibly just embossed, hard to tell.

The colour isn't for me either but  yes a good wardrobe staple - but without the pockets; I'm not a fan of pockets.

Here's a photo taken earlier today of me wearing the Blue Dot Dover Jacket as a top, rather than a jacket.
I just thought it might look better being worn, rather than on the hangar, because that fabric doesn't drape very well.

Not bad at all, when the right body is in it @annieeg . Looks a better colour as well, more pale beige.

I'll have those earrings please, if you don't mind.

Lovely top @annieg and beautifully sewn! Very nice design. Good to have the raglan sleeves and pockets. Must have a look at that pattern.

looks lovely on you, but personally not a big fan of necklines that low.
It's not easy being this perfekt
