Haha, give her   a chance to breathe, @Iminei

My fabric choice is a Kaffe Fassett

[ You are not allowed to view attachments ]

I’ve left no instructions with it, so I’ll be excited to see what turns up.

Haha thanks for making the decision for me!

@Iminei Let’s see if I survive this one first hehe! But if all goes well I can’t see why I can’t host again...

@fajita I love your fabric! I’ve already got some ideas for some EPP blocks or a couple of patchwork ones that are perfect for fussy cutting...

This is the fabric I have chosen. It can be used as a feature fabric or a background fabric- whatever you would like. I am open to pretty much anything but ask that only colours (or prints that are predominantly a colour) that appear in the fabric itself are used

I am seriously going to chuck this bloody machine out the window - all I get in photos is little tiny blue square with a question mark in it. When I send it to downloads off it goes never to be seen again. Grrr.   I have no idea therefore what the rest of you are playing with!

My fabric has been despatched from Switzerland and when it arrives I'll wash it and send a pic.

I too have problems downloading ... and then finding the damn thing again.

What I do is rename the whatever it is as something completely bonkers like ... MrBenspants
Then to find it I open up the search thingy at the top of ..documents, pictures, computer wherever and type in MrBenspants and Voila it appears

Either that or save it to desktop ...

Did this post help you Y / N

@Iminei N, honestly. All I'm getting in my download is the safari logo with a file number so have no idea. I might just try using Chrome - see if that's possible.  I can't rename it until I can find the download, you see! Off to try Chrome.

Change of plan.  My local quilt shop didn't get back to me about the purple batik so I've ordered this from Doughty's.

Ooh this is nice as well Pearl! I have several Batik's with the same 'claw pattern' - I think it looks great. What colours are you thinking of to go with it?

I have decided to go with the red, yellow and blue batik I posted earlier - and request that only colours very similar to those in the batik fabric are used for the blocks and no 'neutrals'.

I've got the F8ths cut and packaged in small ziploc type food bags, I just need to get them ready for the post.

I’ve posted my fat 1/8ths to @RJR_38 this morning, therefore I can rest on my laurels for a day or two.
