I need to buy some fabric for sashing and setting triangles, and I want to see it in real life, not mail order, so that the colour is right.  I went to Rochester on Thursday only to find that the P&Q shop there now only opens Tues, Wed, Fri and Sat.   :scream:

I’m in the same situation.  I took my blocks for a trip to the Bramble Patch but they didn’t have what I was looking for.

I suggest a coach trip to darkest Pyrenees Orientales to fetch supplies?   Thanks for the offer Imi and Pearl!  I could climb up to the storage boxes to see if I have enough bits to piece the wadding - I'm sure I remember some somewhere - just lost the urge at the moment.

Have found enough bits to piece together the wadding - wouldn't have been my first choice - a bit too much loft but the quilting will tame it a bit.  I've now done 2 of the squares - harder than it looks this FMQ - gets stuck and drags. Still no-one will be examining it that closely!

So remind me again - why don't I like quilting? Doesn't it ever end? I can't do more than a block without losing the will to live. Still, 6 out of 9 done.

Here's my finished quiltlet. Bright and cheerful and using a pieced binding. Backed with an oldish sheet. Quilting is  a mix of FM and  not FM!  Can you recognise your contributions?  [ You are not allowed to view attachments ]

Thnkyou. I've just noticed  the pic is a smidge overexposed so it looks slightly paler .

Huge thanks to @RJR_38  for organising this one! :love:

@Catllar it looks fantastic!

I don’t think I’m important enough to offer out badges haha! Once my sewing machine is fixed it is on my list to complete as I love my blocks you all made
