What is this (baby item?)

Attached are two pictures of a fabric bag (flamingo pattern). Width 48cm, length 48cm
Its cotton and has a pocket on one side which is stiffened and on the other side is a zip opening across the middle allowing access to the whole interior.  see attached pics
Does anyone know whether this bag has a specific function ?

For storing and carrying diapers?

If it's got a zip across the middle it won't be a changing mat but if it's the right sort of size it's likley to be for storing nappies.

Yup, looks like a diaper bag to me, as well.
