I have quite the collection of PDF patterns now and am getting quite fed up of printing them out and sticking them together, especially as they always end up difficult to fold and often refuse to lie as flat as I'd like after I get them out to make again (even after ironing) so I've been looking for somewhere to send the pdf for printing on big A0 paper. I've emailed a couple of plan printers but not heard back yet and wondered if any of you have a go to for this service?

These do them for you although takes a bit longer to arrive than usual as they only do at weekends?

It cost me £15.60 for a Burda Pattern, so probably more than twice as much as normal but worth it for me @Syrinx .

Oh they print A0 too!

Best I've found is a plan printer for architects at £2.45 but it's on plan paper which is still more unweildy than pattern paper but less unweily than normal paper! Thanks Gernella, I'll give them a go

@Syrinx I either roll or hang my PDF patterns. Occasionally I print on card stock to make smallish patterns more durable. I'll put a couple of patterns clipped together on a pant hanger then hang them in my closet along the wall. I put a few properly spaced large nails into the board that supports the shelf. I just have to part the clothes to get to them. Easy.
Hey Bill! Read the manual!  Hehehe.

There was a website  @Syrinx that told you how to convert A4 to A0 via a jpg file.  I got to the jpg bit but lost the  plot soon after and took the easy route out.

Oh I can convert A4 to A0 all day long, it's the printing bit I have an issue with.

Storage wise also good - I use large format expanding envelopes for my pattern pieces and notes which works really well. It's just a pain printing out 70 sheets of paper, sticking them together and then cutting them out when I have such little table space. I'd rather pay £5 for an A0 sheet or two to cut out! Especially when a friend asks if I can make them a whatever and I have to print out another 70 sheets for another size! I don't mind them for small things like bags or bodices as those are normally no more than ten pages but the skirts and trousers are infuriating! Such a time waste

There are a couple of threads from last year which mention a few companies.

Have used fabric godmother many times for patterns bought off their site as well as patterns I already had.
Paper quality is good and delivery is good too. Well packed and presented and very reasonable. Highly recommended.

I use Patternsy. They print A0 for 2.50 a page, - so Stylearcs are £5 per pattern - p&p is very reasonable, they do a good job printing on good quality paper and the end product is professionally folded -and the printeed pattern comes back quickly. They are also good at interpreting my sometimes arcane instructions. I've used them loads of times mainly for Stylearc patterns. Highly recommended.

I used to always use Netprinter, but I have recently started using the Foldline, purely because I decided I'd rather support a sewing pattern selling business than a printing one. Both are great.

I've just had a pattern printed by the Avid Seamstress.  It was a Stylearc one which I though was A0 but discovered was wide format, not the same.   Anyway I asked her and she suggested I email to let her to have a fiddle.  Apparently it worked first time and arrived yesterday.  Cost £6.50 with postage.

The only time I've printed A4 off is for a pocket, the way my head works at the moment a full pattern would probably turn out looking like Frankenstein.
