Not something i usually do, I tried a couple of free patterns for snowmen but they didn’t look great ok but not special. Then I saw this one and thought no i am not paying that, well about ten minutes later i bought it and it is the most comprehensive pattern for something simple I have ever seen.

I started knitting last night and it starts with a pin hole cast on which I have never used before, I am seriously impressed, probably worth buying the pattern for.

After Christmas my cat gets them as toys.

Wow @Celia , I’ve just looked at their Ravelry page and there are some seriously lovely patterns on there.

Those snowmen are very cute, far too good for cat toys.

First one finished, the pattern doesn’t have a face but does he need one

Not necessarily, its your creation = your choice

but I think maybe two black french knots (or knitting equivalent) and a bright orange nose would add contrast and a splash of colour

far too good for cat toys.

@Ellabella  ... Celias beeeeautiful pusscat is a seal point siamese .... anything and everything is a cat toy for them!

@Iminei Does it matter what cat it is?  There is no such thing as a toy too good for any of our wonderful feline babies  :meow: <3
Besides which, my two seem to get as much joy from me knitting something as they do from an actual toy as they 'help' me knit most of the evening  :o

As it neared the top of the grade, it went more slowly. However, it still kept saying, "I—think—I—can, I—think—I—can." It reached the top by drawing on bravery and then went on down the grade, congratulating itself by saying, "I thought I could,  I thought I could."
