Memory quilt

So it's been a long time since I made a quilt the last one turned me off.

This quilt is made with t-shirts from my aunty's mother who past away last year.

She was obviously a very lively woman. It’ll be a lovely keepsake for your aunt 
T-shirts are quite tricky to use in quilts. I once did one with a friend, using her late husband’s shirts and t shirts. I wasn’t sure how it would work, but once we’d stabilised the t shirt fabric it actually worked really well.
