To a lacemaker's eye it's not chicken wire!
It's quite clearly point ground mesh with a bit of Kat stitch and a bit of honeycomb ground. Looks like a continental design rather than English but it's in the point ground family of bobbin laces which includes English Bucks Point.
OK, that's all a bit technical, in lay terms it's (probably) laser printed from a scan of a real piece of lace with photos of roses on top.
