Pyjamas for me

This is the cotton jersey fabric for the pyjama top and I have some pink jersey on its way from Minerva for the bottoms. An easy make so no furrowed brows.

Thank you, I chose the fabric to make a top but thought it looked a bit babyish to wear out of the house so changed my mind. I haven't made pyjamas for a while so i had better find the pattern for the bottoms. I love anything with cats on

That fabric does look really nice. I think you would of got away with wearing that outside though. It looks like something my wife would wear.

The pink jersey for the bottoms arrived on Thursday and it is a reasonable match with the pink cats on the fabric for the top. The weather has been so warm and sunny  so no cutting out has been done and I did find the pattern for the bottoms.

PJ bottoms are cut out and machine all set up ready to go but I am not, too stiff and achey  but I'll be OK after a walk round. I've rummaged around and found some elastic for the waist and also found some pink thread which will do. I wore the top yesterday with a dark pink bamboo linen look skirt, nobody laughed.

Just the channel at the waistband to sew and put the elastic in and finish the hems.
