Hi! I'm Tracie and have been trying to teach myself to sew for a little while, but I still consider myself a newbie! I've come here because I'd actually like to become good at sewing, and I'm looking forward to seeing what I can learn from you.

Thank you for your replies!

I am really enjoying learning how to sew clothes. At the moment, I'm basically just following patterns in order to learn techniques, but I'd really like to learn how to fit clothes, and just how to make them look better!

Brenda.  My machines are: Corona, a 1953 Singer 201K-3, Caroline, a 1940 Singer 201K-3, Thirza, 1949 Singer 221K, Azilia, 1957 Singer 201K-MK2 and Vera, a Husqvarna 350 SewEasy about 20 years old. Also Bernina 1150 overlocker and Elna 444 Coverstitcher.
