So, how do you go about sharpening those small scissors? I find my scissors aren't very precise anymore and when trying to snip curves and such. I'd like a nice sharp point. Any ideas?

I'm afraid my solution would be to downgrade them and buy new pair. Its possible the blades have become a tiny bit loose.

Use a kitchen knife sharpener that you can pull the tips through? I have a little one in the kitchen for my kitchen knives which keeps them sharp.
I also have v. expensive hairdressing scissors and get them professionally sharpened periodically. I send mine away to a company in Scotland. You could ask in any good salon who sharpens their scissors?

I bought some Fiskars a long time ago and there was a sharpener with them. I'd forgotten how to use it because I never used is until recently on the Fiskar snipper scissors. Not sure whether I did it correctly but it has sharpened them.
Mines not like this one, which is probably more up to date.
