Low, I love the colours, especially the mix of brights and more subtle tones.  <3  May I ask how do you mark the quilt prior to quilting?

Thank you Ploshy and Pearl. I do mainly straightline quilting, by hand , big stitch with perle thread. I mark it in sections with a frixion pen which irons out. If I do curves I use a template or a stencil and again use frixion pens.

Doesn't the black fabric do a good job of making the other colours POP  ?!?!?!?

It's a lovely quilt Lowena. As the others have said, any child will be thrilled to have it. I love the backing and binding as well. Well done you!  <3
