Spare Parts from Adjustoform

I want to let anyone know who needs replacement parts that I've just received excellent service from Adjustoform. 

I've had Millicent, (Lady Valet model) for a few years now, and the screw snapped off in the black ring bit so I couldn't adjust her height any more. 





Sent an email to the company. Quick response from a lovely and friendly lady. Sent her a picture of the broken bit because I hadn't a clue what it was called, and she has sent me a free replacement which has arrived today.
I now know that the part I was after is called a locking collar 

Great service. They deserve a bit of praise.

Oh. And the envelope was addressed to Millicent.

I haven't put the piece back on yet but I'm sure she'll feel much better when she can stand taller again.

I love that they addressed it to Millicent - it's that little level of detail that makes you love a company.
