Errrmmm @WendyW  ... this was run a couple of years ago ... sorry!

Must be nearly time we had another one then. Hm?  :)

Or you could make one now, @WendyW .  You'd still be finished before me.   0_0

I have successfully corrected all wrong blocks  :D  On our next UFO-day in February I will continue with the missing ones.

I love your colours @Sakar  I also used a dark blue background fabric with light coloured stars (although I didn't know they were going to be stars when I made the blocks) but it looks completely different from yours.  Mine came out just over 48" square but I only put on a very slim 1/4" border and 1/2" binding.  It is my 'back of the sofa' quilt.

@Iminei Thanks for the link, I looked for it, but couldn't find it.
I will send you some pics, when it's finished, but don't expect it too soon ;)

Thanks @Ploshkin

I will try to make a rectangle Quilt with a size of app. 1,5x2m
I can tell you in February, when we have our next sewing day.

Sorry @Iminei for mixing up these two Mytery Quiltalongatons! Silly me :|

So, here is my original question....

So, after a while of re-arranging the blocks I am trying to decide how to continue.

I haven't enough blocks for any pattern, so I will have to sew several more anyway. The point is, which way to choose....

That's the original plan...

That's the way, how the last clue instructed it...

But somehow I like that better...

With same corners?

What did you think?

And here are your answers...

Option 2.

Option 2

I prefer the last two (which are actually the sme I think).

Option 3

I think Sakars referring to The Mystery Quiltalongathon we had in  ???  2017?

I agree with Brenda and Fajita, options 3 and 4 make the most impact.

Thanks for your answers... That means for me, I will definitly sew more of these white stars and then I will come back to discuss further block-designs  :D

Thanks everybody!!  :*

Any of your options will look good because your colours are gorgeous.

My school colours were royal blue and yellow and my House colour was green.  :loveit:

Thank you very much, but I  am sorry to dissapoint you, because the colours seems much brighter on the picture as they are in reality. The quilt is depressively dark  :(

The white lifts it.  If you think it's too dark could you somehow introduce more white?  Maybe a little applique motif over some of the darker bits, and definitely a white border.

That's a good idea! Make some appliques in the black-dark-blue blocks... The white is very hard in contrast, but the sand-beige and the green give it a nice touch.... Although it's Iminei's Mystery Quilt I thought about some (Corona) bacilli as green appliquee  0_0
