It’s a 201k2 the machine looks in good nick, the foot pedal looks terrible case looks good, but may have been forced.

It's unusual to find a 201-2 (potted motor and light at the front) in UK, but the serial number indicates  Kilbowie and January 1936 so likely that the motor is 240v.
Brenda.  My machines are: Corona, a 1953 Singer 201K-3, Caroline, a 1940 Singer 201K-3, Thirza, 1949 Singer 221K, Azilia, 1957 Singer 201K-MK2 and Vera, a Husqvarna 350 SewEasy about 20 years old. Also Bernina 1150 overlocker and Elna 444 Coverstitcher.

They’re nic machines and rather niche, because of the direct drive motor. They’re supposed to be a little noisier, but a bit more powerful and no belts!

Not very common in the uk really
