Making a unitard for a boy

I can't find a simple unitard pattern for a teenaged boy - does anyone have a boy dancer or make for boys?  Could I just make a girls pattern and alter the body shape?  Or do I need to add gussets and stuff cos of the boys extra - um - paraphanelia...

Edited to add - I know McCalls do a Cosplay one, but I think there would be copyright issues if I were to use it more than once to make for a customer...  So ideally I am either looking for advice on making an alteration of a girls unitard or signposting to a pdf pattern whose drafter is OK with small scale sewers using their designs... (eg Jalie,Mountain Ash etc.  but neither of those seem to have what I need...)

I have made a few for boys, but I just make them exactly the same as for girls.  I don't make any special allowances, just the body measurements of the person.  I sometimes use one of Jalies patterns 3135, which is a unitard, and just alter it to suit what i need.
