Here's my attempt, may be a bit blurred. Some of the smaller blocks have a variation too, that's why there are a couple of extras.

A very cohesive collection, daaahling.  :loveit: (I may have been watching too much Project Runway.)  I love that you have used a small range of colours.

Wonderful work Ladies.

I love to see how fabric choices change the look of blocks so magically.

Will try to join in next year.

All those look amazing, I am in awe of you people who have the patience to cut up fabric into tiny pieces then sew it back together again  ;)  :P
Now, please don't take this the wrong way, but what do you now actually do with all those odd bits you've made??  It's been puzzling me all year  :P  :D

When we started BOM I bought 4 pieces of fabric just for that in the co-ordinating colours but obviously I couldn't do all the blocks with those fabrics. I thought I might be able to make them into something but there are different sizes so I will have to play, if we do do another set of BOM 2018 I may be able to make more in those fabrics and who knows, maybe a quilt will emerge.

I've only made two so far but the plan will be to add more blocks, and/or borders, to make small quilts. Either that or cushions (less likely), or they could be used as feature panels on tote bags. All sorts of ideas.  :)

Mali, how many different fabrics did you use and how much of each fabric did you buy?

TIA

Well Ladies, as 2017 winds its weary way down and out ...

I feel I must congratulate six of our most Die-hard Darksiders ...

Yes Ladies, these plucky Gals have stood steadfast in the blast of 2017's Blocks Of the Month's coming to them each and every month and all of them completed not only the 12 blocks, but also that dastardly sneaky Fox that pushed his way in as a Brucie Bonus Block this month...

So Hats off to ....

Pearl,
Cheesecake,
Ploshkin,
Mali,
Fajita

and
Sandra ...

Bravo Ladies, Bravo !!!!

Your TSP Prize Winners badges are packed and ready to go, and will be winging their way to you as soon as Post Offices open next year!

BTW, I am not jumping the gun; I realise the stated deadline for this competition is midnight tonight and that there are still 9 hours or so to submit your BOM's  and I do have a couple of extra badges on standby for just that very occasion.

I think it was about a metre of each, 2 blue and 2 green and I already had white that I used for backgrounds. One of the greens had some blue in it and one of the blues was blue and white. The shimmer block scuppered that idea and I bought a couple of toning 1/2metres and then obviously October - well I raided the Christmas stash and had to buy the background. This is where Abakhan are great because a metre of fabric works out at about £3.50 - £4 a metre. Still works out quite expensive but I haven't given up on using the blocks and October has been used over Christmas and probably will be for years to come.
