I’ve just booked myself on a workshop to do this...
Not keen on the colours but love the pattern

Is that one of Leven Crafts? I saw that they had released a new workshop programme this morning but I've not been for a look at it yet.

Do they provide the fabrics, Effie, or can you choose your own colour scheme?

It looks stunning, but looks to be a challenge with all those curves.

They are not really my colours either, but they do look very Art Deco, as is the design.
Brenda.  My machines are: Corona, a 1953 Singer 201K-3, Caroline, a 1940 Singer 201K-3, Thirza, 1949 Singer 221K, Azilia, 1957 Singer 201K-MK2 and Vera, a Husqvarna 350 SewEasy about 20 years old. Also Bernina 1150 overlocker and Elna 444 Coverstitcher.

I agree with @Lowena - it would bug me that the circles don't line up, but I actually like the colours, and the idea of learning a new technique is always good. I'm sure you'll have a great time at the workshop. It's always fun being with like-minded people, doing something you enjoy, and creating something special. :)
