Which do you Ladies (and Germs, if any venture this far into the darkside) think....

The strips in the blocks measure 1" so should I have  2" sashing ????

or 1" ????

All measurements finished (pic sashing width approx)

Oh yes! You see (Lowena ... ) I am getting on with things in the background you know!

The 1” looks better I think, more balanced...

Thank you .. but it has evolved ...

Im going to do some shadow sashing, so black and then the other.

Looking at the pic, the black, grey and white fabric looks fantastically blurry and I think this will look fab!

First one, sashing is fine. Second one (stripes) will need wider sashing or it will get lost.

Ouch that hurts my eyes the stripey one- nothing wrong with the delightful picture, just me.... an OT friend of mine said I have some visual praxia which is also why I can't read coloured maps but can read black and white ones - I get giddy looking at those adult colouring books that are supposed to be therapeutic  :S
Strange though because I can see patterns in things, and I can do colour and shapes and patterns, but some things hurt my eyes like this one.

For what it's worth however I agree with deafoldbat about the width of sashing....not that I know anything  :P

Love the floating one though  <3

Do you remember those 'Magic Eye' puzzles that you had to stare at until an image suddenly jumped out at you?

If you stare at that last picture for a while the horizontal stripes suddenly jump forward, and the vertical stripes jump back and it becomes 3d.  Incredible!   8)

Really ??? I think thats just you hon xxxx

I covered my eyes too, just in case, but it didn't matter because there was no pic anyway.  :S
