Hi there, I'm Anne and I live in Wokingham. I used to be a member of TSF, (Anne Martine) lapsed a little,  :( then when I wanted to go back was dismayed to find it had disappeared so I'm delighted to have found this!   :D
I do mostly dressmaking but occasionally some crafty things as presents. Looking forward to catching up with people and meeting new people!

Welcome Fabric Lover / Annemartine.. yes lots of familiar names on here and a good few that you won't recognise as their owners have had a name change like you. We are settling into our new home and enjoying ourselves with the new toys after a difficult few weeks re-establishing contact when TSF disappeared... you may not know we had a short few weeks on Reddit while the Imineis and Fran built The Sewing Place..look forward to reading your posts :D

Hi Fabric Lover, I'm another with a name change - I thought my old one was so unimaginative and, as I'm already known as Marnie by quite a few people in real life, it's really not much more imaginative now. Slap on forehead!  -<

It will take you a little while to find things although the set up is very logical and the admin response is so quick I fear they must have all given up their day jobs already just to serve us! And if you find out how they get the icons to skid across the page - do let me know. I've not found out how that works yet.

I know that one... when you post a reply above the icons is a little box with moving M and an arrow click on the box and click in the middle of the brackets that appear and add what you want and it will move... yehhh

Hi Fabric Lover, welcome.  I too had a lapse on TSF then completely forgot all my login details and had to re-register, just as it went down.
